McDonough Manufacturing is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Schwahn as Customer Service Manager, effective immediately.
In this role, Tom will lead our field service operations, manage service scheduling, and oversee customer parts support. His industry knowledge and familiarity with sawmill operations make him a valuable asset as we continue to deliver the responsive, high-quality service McDonough is known for.
Tom’s appointment reflects our ongoing focus on strengthening the service experience for our customers and supporting the long-term growth of this area of our business.
He will report to Bob Bell, Director of Sales and Service, as part of our broader commitment to coordinated leadership across all customer-facing operations.
